Our Certifications

Education and training for our technicians is the cornerstone of our business.

When you call for our emergency or our general cleaning services, you can be confident in our skill and dedication to our craft. The IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification – www.iicrc.org) is one of the main sources of education and training in our industry.

The IICRC is an ANSI (American National Standards Institute) member and accredited standards developer, contributing to the creation of our industry standards. For example, the ‘ANSI/IICRC S500’ is the foremost regulating body of information for professional water damage restoration.

But what does it all mean? you might be asking yourself. In the end, we want you to know we are committed to the training and education of our technicians.  Beyond the IICRC, we are continually educating ourselves and receiving certifications from OSHA, RSA (Restoration Sciences Academy), RIA (Restoration Industry Association), and other institutions, to further hone in our skills and build awareness of cutting edge processes and technologies within the cleaning and restoration industry.
